I wouldn't call them again if they PAID me!
Customer Service? Non-existent! - Never called to confirm the day before the party - I felt like I was chasing them around. They never pick up the phone so there is no way to complain!
Hiring ponies and a petting zoo from Sleepy Hollow Farm was the biggest hit of our daughter's three-year-old party. The young ladies (including Alyssa, Sunny, Katie, and Anna) who brought the animals (including three ponies, an alpaca, a donkey, and assorted lambs, sheep, chickens, ducks, and rabbits) were extremely professional and careful with the animals and the children. We would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for something different for a children's party!
Cleanup? What cleanup - they take their animals and leave you with a mess of hay and poop!
$50.00-75.00 extra fee for "suitable grounds" - its a $5.00 tarp at home depot
Petting Zoo? The little critters are not "pettable" they are just to look at (just like a zoo)
Profession Staff? a 14 year old girl and a 17 year old girl - children asked them about the animals and they had no idea how to answer them. Clueless and stupid.
Clean Animals? - I DON'T THINK SO!!!! They had hay and poop all over them when they arrived at my party!
Totally NOT Worth it - MUCH Cheaper companies around - look elsewhere!! BEWARE of this unprofessional merchant - you do not want them at your party!
