I love Petco, I volunteer there with Forgotten Cats and the staff is wonderful, they always help me out if I need help with the cats. Come check out our cute cats and maybe give one his forever home!!
Always fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good deals on clearance items or with pals rewards. Seem to have more and better products than other equal big name pet store competitors.
I do not like the groomers. They are rough when grooming the dogs. Dogs seem super stressed. I would advise going elsewhere for your dog's well being.
Worst grooming experience ever. I was told I could never bring my 6 month old puppy back because he was too rambunctious getting his nails trimmed. Well yeah..he's a puppy. I at least asked if I could bring him back another day when he's calmer and they said no he can't come back. And then they still wanted me to pay for it! Unbelievable. Bring your dogs elsewhere to get groomed.
It is a fantastic service especially the pet groomer Stephanie she is always amazing and kind with my dog and she is the best I love petco and it's amazing service.
