Glenn is awesome. Back in February of 2017 I had an issue with my timing chain on my 2011 9-5 SAAB. Without hesitation Glen was able to repair my car at a fraction of what the other Mechanic charge. Not only that but he give me a loaner until the repair was done. I'm back one again for another challenge that I hope (and I know that they will ) repair the necessary problem at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend Lewis Automotive. We were away on a holiday weekend and our daughter is a student at West Chester University. She was leaving to drive to Washington DC and was only 10 minutes from school when her car died. We looked up online where we could have her car towed by AAA in the area and chose Lewis Automotive after the owner answered when we called and said he'd be happy to take a look at her car even though it was a holiday weekend. He was very kind to our daughter and fixed what needed to be done in a timely manner to get her back on the road and communicated with us about the repair to authorize ahead of time. We were very thankful for such wonderful customer service and knowledgable automotive repair on such short notice especially on a holiday weekend. We will definitely use Lewis Automotive in the future when in the West Chester PA area!
