Good small hotel
We had two rooms on the first floor with our dog recently. Very clean, hospitable, and a great overnight stop when taking the West Chester University. Breakfast was fine and the beds very comfy. Front Desk was friendly and housekeeping very helpful. Thank you!
Great Location - Great Night Sleep!
Because we had an event to get to, my husband went down the hall and found one of the housekeepers and asked her for a new iron. She said she would bring one right to our room. Half an hour later, still no iron. My husband went and found her again, and she said the same thing, they'd bring one right down. 5-10 minutes later, a maintenance man brings us an iron and says to be careful because it's hot since he just tested it for us. We bring it in the room and it's the same damaged iron we started with!! Still rusted and still with these mystery white crumbs falling out of it. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel.
Nice place. Well mannered and friendly staff. Satisfied with the service there. Clean room and free breakfast. There is absolutely nothing to complain about and for the price this is hotel was extremely good. Feel like home.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff were great and the room was good size and very clean. The breakfast was better than expected especially the bagels. Parking was good and there a couple of eating options nearby. The business center was also. My only complaint was that the beds were too soft.
The room we had was small but very clean and the water in the shower took about 20 mins to get hot. They offer free breakfast here with plenty of food choices. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, bread, bagels, different pastry products, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, coffee and juices. Good selection of food but the scrambled eggs were watery. All in all not a bad stay.
The room appeared clean enough, but just had a worn and dingy feel to it. The king suite we stayed in could use some work to make the overall appearance better. There were marks/stains on the walls that should really be repainted. The couch seemed old and should be replaced.
Very welcoming
We were disappointed in the response we received from the staff regarding an issue with the iron. It was stained/rusted and transferred some of that onto my husband's shirt when we used it. There were also these white "crumbs" that kept tumbling out of the iron. When we called the front desk, the girl my husband spoke to made it clear that she couldn't care less about our issue.
